Request for account deactivation and/or data deletion
If you would like to delete your account associated with the Audacia Innovations app (Web or Mobile), and/or all or some of the data associated with it, you may do so by writing to the email address:
Steps for elimination
- Send a request to the above email address specifying the email address associated with your account.
- You will receive confirmation of the start of the process within 5 working days.
- Final deletion of the account will be completed within 30 days after confirmation.
Deleted data
The following data associated with your account will be deleted:
- Personal information (name, email, profile data)
- Information regarding links to your social and streaming platforms
- Activities within the app
- Preferences and settings
Data retained
Some data may be retained to fulfill legal or tax obligations, for up to 12 months. These include:
- Access log
- Payment information, if applicable
